SmartsheetToolkit

Keeping your data secure is very important and therefore the SmartsheetToolkit is built from the ground up with strict security requirements! Your data is only stored in Smartsheet or in other connected systems like SAP S4/HANA and it is transferred encrypted with state of the art secure protocols through the internet between these systems.

Furthermore the software is tested and actively monitored for security vulnerabilities with the following measures:

• Active security scan during development.
• Active live monitoring with state of the art third party security software.
• Static code analysis for security vulnerabilities.

The SmartsheetToolkit uses several layers of security to make sure that only authorized persons can access your data. These security layers are for example security tokens, Smartsheet ID's, etc. Only persons who have official access to your Smartsheet account will be able to use the SmartsheetToolkit with your data. If there is a security breach and your security tokens are leaked you will be able to revoke these tokens and nobody will be able to use the software with your data.

The SmartsheetToolkit runs on your premises (on your desktop or server), therefore only authorized persons will be able to access it!
